Hi John,

 Following on from our phone conversation. I just wanted to give you an idea of what the 10k places we have consist of . The 10k race we have places for is the Asics British 10k which takes place on Sunday the 11th of July. The race itself has been going and is into its tenth year and has got more and more popular as the years have gone on.

The 10km route will take you past many of central London's world famous landmarks including St James's Palace, Trafalgar Square, St Paul's Cathedral, the Millennium Bridge, the London Eye, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.  To become part of the Maypole Projects team you will need to pay a registration fee of £15 and raise a minimum sponsorship of £250. If you meet the minimum sponsorship you will get the reg fee back.

Once a reg form has been filled out  the reg fee has been paid you will be part of the Maypole running Team and you will receive:

• a welcome pack full of fund raising tips and training and nutrition advice from Right Price Fitness
• regular newsletters
• running T-shirt
• excellent customer care from the moment you register until after race day
• Ultimately challenge yourself to do something extraordinary for a local Charity that provides a vital service for the local community.
