Summer Fitness Training has now ended --- Our winter schedule will follow shortly

Summer fitness training every Thursday at 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm @ Willett Recreation Ground, Petts Wood, typically comprising:-

10 minutes warm-up jog, followed by

6 x 400 metres laps, with each lap incorporating a 200 metres medium-fast run with 10 push-ups, followed by a further 200 metres medium-fast run with 10 ab-crunches, followed by 

Dynamic stretching inc. side steps, butt kicks, backwards runs, lunges, followed by 

5 mins x 100 metres relays sprints, followed by

15 mins paarluufs (relays of 3 in a team, each running a 200 yards leg at a fast pace), followed by

3k cool down jog

All abilities are welcome to participate - you go at your own pace. Do bring some water with you.
