Our Calendar outlines the type of runs that are scheduled to take place each Tuesday night.
The Special Training sessions will
cover runs like fartlek, hills, speedwork, stepping stones etc. If you would like to take a group for “special training” or have a
training session to put forward that you think would be “fun” please let Richard know.
We hope to hold our 5k handicap nights
every 6 weeks which will help you track your progress over the year. Results are published on our 5k Nights page.
We hope that
many of you will give leading any of our groups a go as this will allow the club to offer a greater diversity of runs for our members.
